What is the connection between the heart arrangement on the cloth and the name of the pattern?

Janey I couldn't tell your email address to respond, so I hope you check this out here.
My friend Shelly actually pictured this pattern and told me about it. I created it up and knitted it for her, so since it came from her heart, I call it Shelly's heart.
This cloth is beautiful!! I like it very much!! Karen T. from the dishcloth KAL
I'm knitting this right now as a Mother's Day gift for my Mom. My name is Michelle (but spelled funny) so Shelley's Heart is perfect. :) Thank you for sharing your talent with the world.
I'm currently knitting this pattern as a square to go on in a memory blanket for a friend who's little girl died at 2 days old. The pattern is beautiful. Thank you for writing it.
My oldest daughter passed away April 24, 2010. I am going to make this cloth in memory of her, one for each of her daughters, and myself. It is beautiful. I will do it in white. Thank you, Dotti
